College is for everyone because college helps students find themselves and teaches the students to grow up. On the contrary, four-year universities are not the best colleges for some students. There is a hidden gem to all high school seniors that many seniors ignore, community colleges. A community college is a great transition period for a student going from high school to a four-year university. While in a community college, a student will grow up in their classes. Students become more responsible and do not have their parents at their throats all the time. Each class a college student takes requires more and more work. This makes all college students grow up in their classes. Although college students learn to grow up in college, they also find themselves. The students discover who they really are. Community colleges are becoming even more important now as many high school seniors do not know what they want to do and can learn what their real passion is. Community colleges a a hidden public service to all college bound students and should be sought after.
